my guest for the very last elektro gönner <-> fettkakao party this year will be shushu!  shushu is the dj name for the great, one and only sushi, a person i know for so long already and admire a lot. she used to play drums in that band Holly May. we had our trips and adventures in between (hihi) where sushi always stayed calm and took care of us kids on the road. the world is full of sushi fans, i can assure you. oh. the world. well, i envy sushila a bit for having been to the very first ladyfest in olympia. makes her some kinda pioneer. and not only related to pop culutre. sushila is an academic - holding seminars about gender and queer theories in berlin - and will hold some about heteronormativity and discourse analysis in vienna soon too. hihi. i am so so happy that we are sharing the songs-on-records-playing thing at the gönner on december 22nd, 2011. juhu!
